Colby opened her studio in 2017 and was previously known as Lashes by Colby or Sapphire Lash Company. I have been going to Sapphire Lash Co for a year now I have had nothing but positive positive interactions. I have never had any issues with my lashes and they always turn out BEAUTIFUL!! I love how much they care about me and the health of my lashes unlike other places I have been to/seen. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for lashes, both ladies are very professional and are amazing at what they do. I’ve also never had any scheduling issues, it’s pretty simple and easy to do online 🙂

Megan is the one who answered the phone, she pretended to not hear what I was saying and said she would call me back and NEVER did! This is the worst service I have ever had at an eyelash studio and I travel the country for work. I also leave extremely great tips!!!!! I do NOT recommend this place because instead of telling you why they cannot do your lashes, they are cowards and ignore you and treat you like trash.
