I spent more than I ever would anywhere else for one acrylic set for my daughter and one dip ombré for myself. The owner was abhorrently rude, I waited over an hour, with an appointment, until all others were served because I had a flat tire that made me 15 minutes late. I was lied to about the prices until services were completed, bumped into by staff without any recognition, chemicals were used and then the nail tech attempted to apply lotion before hand washing was allowed (even though I mentioned it burned) and be done. My cuticles were barely cut (a service I paid extra for), and after TWO days I had two broken Natural nails and one shattered nail. When I went back the owner allowed to fix for free because I was upset and demanded it. However while I was sitting there he told another customer who called in to complain about chipped and broken nails that they’d have to pay because “they were perfect when you left, but then you go home and who knows what happens.” I argued for this woman, as I was in the same position, owner could not guarantee the quality of his work once your walk out the door. The dip was applied very thinly and was shattering with no force. I work with paper all day. Nothing I did could’ve resulted in this horrible outcome. Before my leaving the owner told me if I wasn’t happy could go somewhere cheaper because he has “lots of happy customers.” Zero remorse for his ponsi scheme of using tainted materials that don’t hold up to normal wear and tear. And then depending on people returning to pay again to fix the issues within days. After 6 days my nails were needing a complete replacement.

I really wanted to like this place but the last two times I went I’ve been disappointed in the service I’m getting. First they try and up-sale you constantly, in tricky ways. Such as asking if you want a heel solution on you heels that need a typical scrub. When you ask if it’s more, it’s always more! If you say no…they barely barely scrub your feet. They just mildly rub it over your foot. The massages as so totally weak!! I don’t even think they were applying pressure just putting their hand on your foot and moving it up and down. It’s barely a massage at all. Then when they cut off my cuticles…on all three visits she made my fingers bleed in multiple places! She didn’t say she was sorry or anything! Just put some solution on it which of course burns on an open wound! Then she only put ONE layer of color on my nails for a shellac manicure! Just one! I asked her if one was standard. She said “no we typically do two or three but you should have told me you wanted more than one before!” Wait…what?! This place overcharges and under delivers.

This place has some of the nicest nail techs around. They’re always so kind and hard-working and will ensure you leave with exactly what you wanted. I’ve never left this place without being entirely satisfied. Their new location is immaculate and beautiful and allows room for growth. Can’t wait to see where they’ll be in the future.

Just got my nails done today with new fall colors. I’ve been going to Sapa for over three years. My nail tech knows I have very thin, weak nails and she always makes the extra effort for me

I have been coming to Sapa since moving back to Nebraska in 2014. The staff are always super nice and I love chatting with the staff whenever I am in. Their work is great! My dip can last up to 5 weeks (unless I smash in a tailgate like this week) and I am always getting compliments on them. The new location is also absolutely gorgeous! I’ve talked to the owner many times and know a lot of thought went into planning out the space. I am actually a little shocked by the complaints but will say that after watching many customers over the years that if you treat people with respect, you get it in return.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place business! It is very close to work and on the way home— so I just wished I could get something decent. Every time is such a let down. Always on a hurry to get you done— my nails are not even close to even- not all of them but the techs are so rude! I have had much better service and quality from the mediocre places I have been which I most definitely will be going back to. They also raised their prices.

I have gone to Sapa to get my nails done for the past few times, but I don’t think I will go again. I like the people, but the last 2 times I have had a chip in my shellac the next day and then a chip in my dip on the day of. I have not had that problem anywhere else, so I don’t think it’s worth it going here given the high cost and low quality.
