This is by far the BEST Dominican hair salon that Ive been to. The name is so fitting, Santa and her staff truly are saints! I went there after having taken my hair out of braids and the care they took with my hair is something that you dont see often. First of all and most importantly: my hair is all natural and Santa does not disturb my curl pattern. Granted, I only usually get my hair blown out every other month or so, but after every service, I am able to snap back into my wash and go. No secret relaxer, no over processing, no heat damage. Also, I have a LOT of hair (down to the middle of my back and thick) and she is fast. I’m in and out in 2.5 hours and that includes time under the dryer and pin curls. Her styling is impeccable-not greasy or heavy, just light and flowy. My blow outs easily last two weeks and the only reason I wash is because it’s dirty – the texture is still great. Finally, they get my scalp CLEAN. This is not a rush wash; it’s fast but it is thorough, which is important because I have eczema. Her prices are super reasonable and her customer service is excellent.
