Critical: QualityHORRIBLE SALON! Needed to get my highlights done and saw they were a Wella salon. Decided to take a chance and went to Crystal. HUGE MiSTAKE!! Explained exactly what I wanted…which was very simple, but she messed me up badly. Kept me under the dryer for an exorbitant amount of time (at least 30 minutes), resulting in white highlights, and instead of making them look thin and natural she made them stripy and botched. HORRIBLE SALON! Needed to get my highlights done and saw they were a Wella salon. Decided to take a chance and went to Crystal. HUGE MiSTAKE!! A little hard to find, but a nice, full-service shop and very reasonable. Alison is the best, talented and always interesting to talk to. I’ve been seeing her for 5 years, I wouldn’t have anyone else touch my hair. Take the time to find the shop, you’ll get a great cut at a very reasonable price.
