I booked my appointment with Crystal and I am SO happy with how my hair came out. She was super quick and efficient with time but also made sure she took her time and left you leaving look right! I got a silk press with a deep conditioner and trim and I am so happy with my hair. She gave great advice on washing my hair whenever I go back to being natural. When it came time to cutting, she made 100% sure I knew what length I wanted it before making any cuts. I really appreciated that she even had me stand to make sure my hair was as straight as possible! Definitely made a client out of me and can’t wait to come back and get my hair done by her!

Positive: ProfessionalismI was searching locally for a salon that could braid my biracial son’s hair. It was difficult to get time until I found Sa’Nia. They were super fast on my request for an appt and could fit us in the very next day. Aneesa was so nice and gentle with him(he’s tender headed). I showed her a picture and she literally duplicated it perfectly. He was super happy with it and we have found a new home for his braids.All of the ladies in the shop were very nice and I appreciate the customer service. I was searching locally for a salon that could braid my biracial son’s hair. It was difficult to get time until I found Sa’Nia. They were super fast on my request for an appt and could fit us in the very next day. Aneesa was so nice and gentle with him(he’s tender headed). I showed her a picture and she literally duplicated it perfectly. He was super happy with it and we have found a new home for his braids.

Crystal is really good! I have 3a/b type curly hair and it’s really difficult to find someone who cuts curly hair. I am really happy with the service. They also have a 7day period where u can come again if u r not happy with your haircut. Definitely would recommend this salon Curly hair, Haircut

I’ll start with the positive my saying that Crystal is extremely knowledgeable and honest regarding the condition of your hair and what it needs. She’s on point. She’s very punctual. Not like most salons where they overbook and will have you sitting there all day. That’s why I stopped going to salons. Areas of improvement…probably communication. She came off as annoyed, short and/or condescending (one of them). Asking a client, “Why are you here then?”… I frankly became annoyed as a client. I’m not sure why she would ask that….am I not paying you for a service? Any who, given that people spent a year + in the house with no access to professional services, people might not know what their hair needs at this point or how to proceed with styling. That’s why they’re coming to YOU. Be patient with people. They’ll be quite of a few of these cases over the next year. Stylists are in demand! Don’t miss out on the opportunity to attract and keep clients!
