Jill and Carrie are incredible, they know exactly how to cut and style my hair. Jill has been cutting my hair for 10+ years, as well as Carrie has given phenomenal hair cuts when Jill was not available. On top of the amazing hair cuts, Sandy’s Hair Studio has in-house massage! Dave, the massage therapist, knows exactly where and how to work out knots, tight joints, muscles, and ligaments. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would recommend to anyone of all ages

I called and asked for my regular fantastic wonderful hairdresser hair colorist hair designer Robin and was told she was out with a broken wrist and wouldn’t be back till God knows when so I told the woman on the other end of the phone who shall remain nameless what I wanted exactly to the tee and she said oh sure I can do that well I didn’t walk out of there looking like what I asked for I will never ever be back to this place as the owner did not stand behind the service I was a hairdresser in this area for over 30 years and I’m disgusted at how my situation was handled needless to say I love Robin she rocks but she’s about the only one!! Sorry harsh truths hurt and when you don’t stand up as an owner you have no respect from me.

My wife had her hair done (perm) on Monday (7/21/17) It looked O.K. for a day then it looked as if she never had it done. People who had seen her Monday night said how nice it looked. Wednesday (7/23/17) I could not believe what her hair looked like. It looked worse than before she had the perm. Friends asked ‘what happened’ Where did you get that done it looks terrible. You will be hearing from her.

this has to be one of the worst salons i have ever stepped in. my hair is full of curls and when i went in i asked for a simple trim and long layers. it was not until i straightened it that i saw that my hair looked like edward scissorhands cut it. i called and made an appointment with sandy to fix it and sandy ended up not showing up how professional is that? next day sandy calls and tells me that her girls told her that nothing was wrong with my hair and that i can come in to get it fixed. i work 6 out of 7 days a week so imagine the inconvenience it is. she was extremely rude with everything she told me. she also said that instead of getting just a hair cut i should have gotten a full service so i could see how the cut turned out. if they have 28 years of experience why do i have to get a full service to see if they cut it right or not. would not give me a refund so i basically paid to get my hair chopped off I WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMMEND A DOG TO GO THERE, MY 3 YEAR OLD COUSIN WOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB

Completely disappointed. Was told they take walk ins. I came in and there were 2 stylists. I sat and waited. Was there about 10 mins when someone walked in and staff at desk told her to have a seat I. Chair . Never let me know someone was ahead of me and there was an appointment ahead of me.
