Lilly consulted with me and we discussed the look I wanted. She then meticulously worked to bring that vision to life. Her work is amazing!! She listened to everything I said and made sure to give me EXACTLY what I wanted. I absolutely love my lashes and have been receiving many compliments about them. The studio is clean and comfortable and everyone is super friendly, helpful and professional. This was my first experience with eyelash extensions and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Lilly consulted with me and we discussed the look I wanted. She then meticulously worked to bring that vision to life. Her work is amazing!! She listened to everything I said and made sure to give me EXACTLY what I wanted. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but after this experience, I must definitely will.I went in for a massage where they upsold me to a package. I was happy to sign up as it was 5 60 minute massages at a discounted rate.After completing my first massage, I realized it was under 50 minutes. When confirming my second appointment I brought this to their attention.I was told they start the time from when you check in. I checked in early and had to wait since my massage therapist was running late. How is this my fault?Now asking for a refund and to cancel my package. I’ve changed my card number since, but it’s linked to the same account. They’re giving me a hard time about refunding it, so i’m in the process of disputing with my credit card company.They are very dishonest people.Wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Every lash artist here regardless of level is very knowledgeable and talented. Sandy has been lashing me for awhile now and her work is flawless!! I feel more confident and wear less makeup when I have my extensions AND my retention is on average about 5-6 weeks! I definitely feel like I’m at a spa when I come here-super relaxing! If you’re looking for QUALITY and long lasting eyelash extensions, this is absolutely the place to go. Every lash artist here regardless of level is very knowledgeable and talented. Sandy has been lashing me for awhile now and her work is flawless!! I feel more confident and wear less makeup when I have my extensions AND my retention is on average about 5-6 weeks!
