Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityFirst time and last time with Sandy. That was the least relaxing massage ever. She was argumentative and rough. Nothing relaxing or kind about her demeanor or the way she treated me. Oh and not much of a massage either. Don’t waste your time or money here. I was very disappointed. First time and last time with Sandy. That was the least relaxing massage ever. She was argumentative and rough. Nothing relaxing or kind about her demeanor or the way she treated me. My last appointment I walked in with tension in my neck and shoulders, and walked out feeling immediate relief there and improvement in my alignment. She’s professional kind, and thorough. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityVery unprofessional, I tried booking massages for my god mother and her new husband as a wedding shower gift. The first appointment I had scheduled was rescheduled by her because she said her hand was swollen. Then we rescheduled Ms. Mamas then said I couldn’t have them be serviced at the same time so instead I have to do back to back appointments on the same day .. okay cool now the day comes and this lady wasn’t even there and said my god mother was 10 mins late.. shes on the phone with Sandy and the background is loud she’s not even at the building to service them..sounded like she was out in public somewhere like a restaurant.. so she then says well no one called her .. why should someone call you to remind you to be where you’re suppose to be ? but due to the location of the building it was difficult finding the correct suite.
