I was disappointed. My daughters both (age 7 and 17) wanted their nails done. not sure if they took advantage of them because of their age but the peticures only lasted about 15 mins. My eldest ask for a full set with french tips. They painted on the tips instead of using a white tip or white gel. I wouldn’t really have problem with the quality if the price mirrored the outcome. They charged $40 TO basically wash and paint my 7yr nails. And $102 for my 17 yr old. Very disappointing. I wanted my girls to feel spoiled and instead they were rushed though as fast as possible. It was also very hot and they had no AC let alone a fan. They charged $142 plus expected a tip.

The first few times I went here, service and the quality of my nails were great. After frequently going, things changed. They would do a rush job on my nails, overcharge me and be straight up rude! The nail artists do not listen to what you want. Instead they do their own thing. They are EXTREMELY aggressive with any job. One time I got my acrylic nails removed. The worker put my hands in burning hot water. My nails were really long and I said to leave them alone. You guessed it, he cut them down to nothing. I never went back there again and never will.

I love things that get done quickly, but when it becomes painful and sloppy, it just isn’t worth the fast service. Sandy has a great staff, but when it comes to doing acrylic and full set nails, the women rush and are very harsh with your hands. They charged me extra because I had them fix a spot that they missed. One of them rolled her eyes when I said that I wanted my set of nails shorter. She said that it wouldn’t look good. I’ve gone there for 3 years hoping that it would get better and it has only gotten worse. I am finally calling it quits.

I went into the shop to get two nails repaired and polished. They didn’t have the color I wanted and I picked a glittery color. The man said he needed a bottom color and picked something that was too bright and it was completely noticeable. He didn’t use a top coat and charged me 10 for both nails then when he seen I was paying with debit he said it would be 11 dollars I guess I’m responsible for their ACH fee. I was happy they got me in quickly and the work was ok my nail looks different compared to my natural nails but I didn’t know what to expect. Just not happy with the color and the fact he was ok with that.
