I called ahead to book a massage. I had my massage scheduled for 2 PM it was a 90 minute massage. When I arrived, I was asked if my massage was for 60 minutes, I replied that I scheduled a 90 minute massage for 2 PM. One of the worst massages I’ve ever had. The masseuse was the only working so anytime anyone called, walked in the spa or even called, she had to stop. What’s worse is she didn’t even extend the massage time. The massage itself was okay. Not great. But with all the interruptions it got really frustrating. Bait and switch technique is what you get. Quote 60 and then when you get there the manager states she wants a $35 tip upfront. If she is so good as she claims, she would not need to try such a pathetic way of doing business. The lady is confrontational and has poor communication and customer service as a whole.
