Very disappointed, when I came in the ladies in there look at me like an extraterrestrial, not a single word ( salute ) I waited for about 1 hour, then one of the ladies finished other customer and started talking to other workers, then other lady come in and started fixing her gair when a guy came in and ask her fir srrvice and sat him befire me tgat i was wsiting for an hour.

The workers are so grossly incompetent, they are trying to do way too much and then they don’t even do what you asked them to do. It’s a salon they should know how to do different types of hairstyles instead of having a blank empty look on their face. And the owner is the worst she is constantly playing with her phone and not paying attention while cutting people’s hair it’s like really I’m paying you, you could at least give me a proper hair cut. Wouldn’t go to Sandra’s beauty salon if you care about your hair.
