Critical: Quality, ValueIf I could give negative stars I would. My sister went there and showed them a picture of what she wanted. Which was platinum and she got BRONZE!! She paid $180!! she went back the same day and they gave her excuses and said to go back next week. She didn’t acknowledge that SHE messed up and agreed to do something that she is not trained to do. HORRIBLE!! It’s has 5 stars but only 24 good reviews… mainly about their coffee. I would go spend my money somewhere else with more trained professionals or honest people that can say “no I don’t know how to do that” HORRIBLE!!!!!!
