Never wrote a review but the third interaction with this person it is called for! First as a passer by, woman came behind a wall and obviously did not have time for anyone. Than I attended a fund raiser for student scholarship and purchased a massage and actually WON the bid (actually the only one that actually BID), needless to say this was the same women that hung up on me when I told her I had purchased and won the bidding gift certificate, she said that she will never do that again cause she is too busy with PAYING customers! Hello, I pay $85.00 for your services and it went to great cause that YOU signed up for this and wanted to contribute your services. Word of advice, I am a local and you can not treat us that way, maybe the tourist but not the tax payer. Finally I set the appointment again after leaving SEVERAL messages with her voice mail. she finally was reached on her cell phone which when I tried to confirm the date and time she said “I have to go”, and quickly hung up with me. I showed up 10 minutes ahead of time for her to come out and tells me she tried to contact me a day before and cancel on me AGAIN! So bottom line, very un-professional would not recommend to anyone. Very rude and defiantly not recommend to anyone in the upper-middle keys.When you treat a local with rudeness it carries along way, especially a 4th generation, word travels fast.
