I was very upset! I came in yesterday & had my 11 year old daughter with me, I asked if she can schedule appointment for tomorrow @ 230 pm which is today now, the women both said yes that’s great no problem! I said great it’s back to school time & my daughter really wants her hair braided:) they wrote the appointment down on a card & said see you tomorrow at 230. Today my daughter & I walked in & they looked at us like they seen a ghost like they never met us a day in there life! I then walked up & said we are here for the 230 appointment you guys booked yesterday?? The lady says “are you sure it wasn’t for Saturday?? I’m confused & said yes, here is the card YOU gave us, then she says well we have another lady getting her hair done right now….sooooo…um can you give me your number??? Then says wait, what color do you want?? My daughter then gets happy again & walks over to pick a color only for this lady to say “well, can you come back tomorrow?? At this point I’m so frustrated & sad for my daughter & anger was about to take over that I just was like well why don’t u call me later! & left! You guys I have never been to a place so unprofessional in my life! I support black owned businesses to the fullest so this hurt my ❤️ never ever will I go back! My daughter is devastated by the way! Thanks!

I trusted these women with my dreadlocks, my money and time and they messed up my dreads, proceeded to talk about me while I was in their salon, and over charged me with their lack of knowledge about hair. They are scam artist and dont really care about the well being of their clients. Please be careful.

These people are rude and unprofessional. If you call to make an appointment, they won’t work with your schedule what do ever and then when you call to confirm an appointment they act as if they don’t know ever you’re talking about. The worst service I have dealt with by far. If I could give them no stars i would. Do not bother going here.
