I show her a pic of what I want and she executes it to perfection, usually better than the original design. Every time I visit Sandals Nail Spa, the nail techs always do an excellent job! They are super professional and friendly. They always go above and beyond with their customer service. Yesterday I thought I had an appointment booked, only to realize that I never actually booked the appointment online and the girls were super understanding and we’re still able to get me in right away no questions asked. First time here, booked the appointment online. The next day came in and was put with Olivia. She did such an amazing job. I have acrylics and I hate going into a salon and leaving with each nail looking different. Olivia has them all matching exactly the same. They are on point. I love them and I definitely will be back

I adore the owners HEATHER and Joleen. Everything they do is inspired out of love and laughter. Very patient and understanding! They are holding it together here very tough awesome women!!. Everyone here is nice, highly recommend. GREAT ATMOSPHERE here. Only thing I noticed is my gel came of after nail service because light gel dryer inside table isn’t powerful as the one you buy at the store.. You have to make them dry it three times to be safe if you use the table dryer., one whole layer of gel came off my thumb nail because it didn’t dry properly 1 day after going to one of the best nail techs in the building ..but I loved working here, I felt so feel and independent working here doing what I loved because Heather is so nice and care free.. Thanks for everything.

I love how easy it is to book services online. The techs are friendly and provide excellent service. I’ve seen Brooklyn & Ysabel – both did an excellent job! My daughter received an artistic French manicure from Simone that was beautiful. Love the new location.. can’t wait to go back! I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment yesterday. The staff welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! Alexis is truly Great! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I wasn’t pleased with my visit here. I took a walk in appointment just before Halloween to have my nails painted black. I have not had this polish on a week yet it is already chipped, is that worth $35? There is another salon on main Street in Sylvania where you can pay the same amount for non shellac nails and they will last more than 2 weeks.
