Complete and total rip-off! My wife went here to get her nails done and after she went around and tipped everyone, she was given her total to pay. Which she did, but then questioned why the bill was so high. At this point and NO TIME EARLIER she was told that all totals would have a AUTOMATIC 20% gratuity added. Now mind you at that time there were no signs or any indication that this was their practice. We went back the day after she called to complain to Jennifer to request our cash tip back, since they already forced gratuity on her regardless her level of satisfaction, and Jennifer made is very obvious at that time that they now have a nice and shiny new sign stating that they FORCE 20% gratuity on all customers.

1st time here. The cleanest salon I have ever been to. I was offered a choice of scents for my pedicure……I chose lavender. He had a gentle touch, and took his time. He used different scrubs, lotions, and serums for exfoliation of my feet and legs. He wrapped my legs twice w warm, wet towels, then massaged my legs. It was heavenly! My toes look great, and I can’t wait to come back. Well worth $35.

Spa pedicure was nice, fragrance choice for water, the extra exfoliation was nice, aloe oil on feet to leave was nice, except my feet were sliding in my shoes, the price to add gel polish was $20. On top of the $35. regular pedicure spa. Why so much when it’s less work and faster for gel? Two coats, dry and bye. That $55.00 for just a pedicure is too high.

Very pleasant staff. I arrived 15mins early to pick out my polish. This is not a difficult request. It gives the staff time to set up. Unfortunately not everyone keeps their appointment and they never call you cancel. Well worth it for great service. Love my nails too! Pedicure, Gel manicures

Wu is excellent!!! However owner has no customer service! I had appointment at 11:15 I was there at 11:03. However Wu was running late ( they take walk in ) which I completely understand! At 11:35 . I asked owner could I wait in my car. And call me when Wu is ready? She said no we don’t call anyone. They have 2 chairs and 4 people waiting. I was gonna give up my chair. They called me up 2 other walked in she said “Hi” and left them standing for about 10 minutes ( they had appointments) finally they asked her ( Can we sit in the back?) she nodded yes. But they waited back there for a half an hour and gave up! Walk in our great!!! But not when they push your appointments to wait that long with not even an offer of kindness or customer service!!! She is nasty . I’ll go back for Wu not her!! All she had to do was say yes well text or call when it’s time for you!! For Christ sakes Doctors offices do it!

The last time I was here was maybe 4 years ago, I had such a bad experience and my nails were horrible. I didn’t consider coming back, but after all this time, Im glad I did!! I went yesterday and this is the first time a nail tech made the shape and length of all of my nails match. An acrylic fill with gel polish was $35, I was shocked about how cheap it was. My nails are perfect, my tech was very nice, and the inside of the salon is so clean and updated compared to other local salons. This is my new go-to salon and i’m glad I gave them another chance!!

My first visit but not my last. Best pedicure ever! Wa was meticulous…pedi was luxurious. Salon was sparkling clean, friendly & super high tech. Equipment was state of the art & sterile. Back there next weekend to have gel manicure with Wa. Happy Customer for sure! Pedicure
