Alyssa made my hair dreams come true! I had an amazing haircut experience from start to finish. When I arrived, I was offered hot tea and a relaxing rice bag on my shoulders while I waited for my stylist to be ready. When Alyssa was ready for me, I showed her a picture of what I was thinking and she DELIVERED! It was a dramatic change so I was nervous but she totally nailed it. I recommend 10/10!

I don’t know about the rest of the staff, but I had Alyssa and I like the color she gave me, but she was extremely unprofessional and I was very unhappy with my experience. She was 20 minutes late for our appointment, left me laying in the sink for literally an HOUR, and got so much color all over my face without even attempting to remove it. I had to go home and try to scrub it off before I could go back into public. If I’m paying $200 I expect much, much better service.

They will not let you make an appointment if you don’t give your debit or credit card number while making a reservation. And thats a big turn off for me. I trusted them giving my personal info like home address, email, phone number and they want your bank info as well.

This review is for their spa and nail services. Facials, massages, pedicures and manicures. They do a wonderful job! Very professional and will listen to your requests so don’t be afraid to ask. The spa area is built to be relaxing and calm. Definitely recommend arriving early and taking advantage of the steam room. It’s in the spa area if you are unsure where it is just ask your spa attendant and they’ll show you exactly where it is.

Everyone there was very nice but my experience was not the best. I prepaid for a 1 hour appointment at a higher price but then had to wait when I showed up. I didn’t mind waiting but after 15-20 minutes someone else quickly washed my hair before I saw my stylist. The actual haircut and blow dry were fine but very rushed. I don’t know if there was a scheduling issue or they were running behind but when everything was done my actual appointment only lasted about 25 minutes. I prepaid for a 60 minute appointment and got less than half that time for the same 1 hour price.
