I had my first facial with Kim today and everything was amazing from start to finish. I was immediately greeted and taken back to the waiting area which I was offered a massage chair and tea. The room was really peaceful. She first started off with a consultation which I shared my concerns, goals and skincare history. Every step along the way was explained. I was not pressured to buy any items although I did. I will definitely be back every 4-6 weeks to see Kim. Thank you Spa Sanctuary!

Lovely experience! The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I had a hot stone massage and it was heavenly. My therapist, Emily, had an excellent technique. She was great about checking in and making any adjustments to the treatment. They have covid procedures in place which are clearly stated. Overall, highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Sanctuary Spa! At 29 weeks pregnant, I desperately wanted some relaxation and this was just the place for that. The waiting area is so cozy and gets you in the mindset for the experience. First, I had a 60 minute prenatal massage with Lauren T and she was so welcoming and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She talked about my goals before we started and checked in periodically to make sure I was still comfortable. Then I had a facial with Jill which was exceptional as well. She went over my skin history and instantly I felt my skin was smoother and more hydrated after. She did a great job of explaining what products she was using and helped me with ideas of ones I could add to my daily routine as well. I will definitely be back in the future!

So I booked an appt for my sister as a birthday gift. I wanted to drop off a gifts for my sister so she could have when she arrived. I went in a few days early to drop off and when doing that I caught a flat tire. The staff was so nice and let me wait inside while I waited for help. Aside from that the inside was beautiful and so relaxing, I would love to book for myself in the future.

Massage therapist Jen was awesome!!! She was friendly, gentle and The environment was very calm and serene. The massage was worth every penny. On the other hand, the Yoni steam needs improvement! The room.was very small and was equipped with 4 steam chairs, 2 new high tech chairs and 2 older chairs. We barely had standing room and was expected to disrobe in that space with 2 other people. The new chairs took a long time to heat up but when did heat up, the temp went u to 122 degrees…..TOO HOT! We wanted to jump off. Instead of decreasing the temp the tech had to turn the chair off completely then restart. We were able to get discount for the discomfort. When I booked the appointment no one explained that there would be an automatic gratuity charge of $35!!!! Make sure they clarify any additional charges during booking!

I always have an excellent experience every time I come here. The service is exceptional. My husband always gets me one of the spa packages for special occasions which includes full body massage and a facial. Tina was my massage therapist and she was really really good. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. They make you feel super welcomed and it’s just a feel good experience. Love it!

I had the 60 minute personalize facial. Tamara did an amazing job on my skin. She did a thorough skin analysis before beginning the treatment and made sure to address my concerns. My skin feels softer – I will definitely return.

This place is so peaceful and comfortable! The massage and facial I received were amazing! The products they use are natural and available if you want to purchase them! The robes are so soft and I plan to get one next time I’m there! Planning on making this a monthly treat for myself!
