Sanctuary South is the worst salon in Rockford. Unfortunately they took over the once vibrant and classy Mane Expressions only to turn it into a salon struggling to find stylists and clientele. The decor resembles a prison more than a sanctuary! Don’t waste your money or time here. This is no longer a quality salon.

I absolutely love this place! Rachel does an amazing job on my hair every time! I have been going to her for over 4 years and before her I never truly found someone that did my hair perfect everytime, but she sure does! She also will do what’s safe for my hair and not let me kill my own hair, she cares! She has an amazing eye for hair and is unbelievably talented.
