I had gotten a gift certificate for here for Christmas. I used a portion of my gc 2 weeks ago for the first time for laser hair removal on my face. I had a great experience! Today I went back to use the remaining of my gc for my second treatment and my skin did not tolerate it as well this time around. I contacted the office after business hours and they immediately got in contact with me and are making a special trip out to my house to give me something to relieve the irritation! Now that is GREAT customer service! I told them I did not want them to have to drive all the way out to me that I could wait until tomorrow but they insisted for my comfort to come out tonight! Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis was honestly the worst experience. The owner’s daughter was treatment daughter for acne and I was supposed to have a blocked sebaceous gland lasered. The mom was “bored” and decided to laser the blackheads on my nose. Very painful and I ended up with 2nd degree burns which I had to go to the er for. 3 months later and I still have scars. Please stay away from this joke of a business. Oh, and by the way, our insurance said they would pay for my daughter’s treatments I’d they got itemized bills in time. Took them 3 MONTHS to send me bills so now our claims are denied.This was honestly the worst experience. Linda Gaddis, owner, is a professional who knows how to treat skin. She performed my facial, which was a great experience and left my skin feeling fresh and smooth as a baby’s behind. After removing my makeup, Linda performed a series of steps, from exfoliation to the use of Micro-Current+LED lighting and herbal steaming, and serums. This wasn’t a fluff facial. Horrible experience, I went there to laser hair romoval and I have burns all over my legs and arms. I went to the Emergency room for treatment and they gave me a cream for burns. They don’t know if these are permanent and they asked me to visit a dermatologist. While she simply said to come to her clinic and get treated there. I honestly will not risk my skin health again. She only gave me a refund of 200$, which is the cost of the treatment. I paid for the ER and they prescribed a cream cost me a 60$ and will see a dermatologist and what she did is just a refund of 200$.
