Critical: Professionalism, QualityThat was the most god awful experience. First off, I saw Joycr Lohr. Since this is a shared space, I’ll review only that portion. She did not greet me at the door, I walked up a sketchy staircase to find her sitting in one of the 3 rooms. I disrobed, told her where my pain was and the massage started. Her pressure was intense but not in a good way, she used her forearm mostly to massage. When she did my upper back, instead of placing a rolled towel under my arms to make my shoulder blade positioned properly, she just rolled on over the bone with her forearm. She did a series of very bizarre stretches to my legs and arm that literally did nothing, felt no stretch. It was as if she had never studied the body or massage. She held my eyebrows during the myofacial portion. No joke, held them with her finger tips. And just placed her fingers on my chin, lightly and sat there in awkward silence for like 5 min as she wasted my time. Never did my lower back or torso. Rarely used her hands. At the end she demanded a tip. I felt uncomfortable from start to finish. Hopefully I don’t have any bruising tomorrow. That was the most god awful experience. First off, I saw Joycr Lohr.
