Thank you Caitlin for a great massage! I have been wanting to try this location out for awhile and when I randomly got intense neck/shoulder pain a few days ago I went to book an appointment. Caitlin listened to what was needed and asked about my daily life to customize the massage to my needs. I left feeling amazing and already booked my next one! The whole online scheduling is an added bonus as well. Looking forward to being a repeat customer.

If you would have asked me a couple years ago I would have given them 5 stars because the massages were amazing. The customer service now or lack there of is one of the worst I have experienced. I called three weeks ago trying to speak to someone to book a couples massage for my husband and myself. (I know I can schedule online but needed the name of the lady who did my husband’s last massage because he wanted the same person this time and I couldn’t remember her name.) I never heard back from anyone. I called again last week and left another message asking for someone to please contact me and told them why again. We would have loved to give them our business again but apparently they don’t want it because I have yet to hear from anyone.

Pam did an amazing job on my wax and facial.. hands down the best facial experience I’ve had! I’m always nervous when I meet new people for spa services, but she made me feel so calm and relaxed. She was very knowledgeable about skin and skin care and made me feel confident about my skin, because as a teenager, I struggled with acne. I’d recommend this spa to others in the future.
