I’ve been coming to Sana day spa for almost 6 years, and don’t think I can ever go to another spa for eyebrows threading, facial n laser hair removal treatment and many more services!!The environment of the spa is very relaxing and clean. And the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Jessie.. she is the best! She always thread my eyebrows beautifully.

I probably had the most terrible experience with Marium. She was not willing to welcome a customer for a full face threading, she was asked by other employees to take me because she was available. Let me just say how brutally i got butchered during my eye brows and upper lip threading, i had to stop the service in the middle and walk out just because she wanted her break time on the couch. Went back home checked my eyebrows and upperlips i have six thread cuts in total, two under right eyebrow, one in the middle and two under left eyebrow and one around upper lip area I am glad i stopped in the middle and not went with full face!

Me and my friends had horrible experience with underarm waxing. Been here since last year for eyebrows and upper lip. But tried waxing as well and it turned out they aren’t experienced at all. I dint judge them immediately, took chances from various others and had the same horrible experience. The working staff never listens to you nor can understand the pain. Suffered long red marks in my underarms which turned into dark marks after healing. It took almost 4-5 days for those burns to heal. I advised my frnd as well to get it from Sana ( who does it carefully)but as she wasn’t available, again a staff member did it and ripped her skin off.

All their services are good except haircuts… My daughter went in for a trim and curtain bangs. She showed the stylist a photo which was asking for thin, long curtain bangs. Instead she gave her extremely thick, short, straight bangs, which she was very upset about as they had not listened to her requests. If they were unable to cut that style, they should have said so instead of making a permanent change…

Shuku did root touch up for my mom but her hair still stayed grey but Shuku was sweet enough to color it all over again. My mom (very picky) was extremely satisfied with the hair color and haircut. Great place to get threading done. It is comparatively less painful. The ladies do a really good job. Appointments are easily obtained. I regularly get my eyebrows threaded here. They also do a good job of cutting and styling hair. They offer so many other services as well.
