Call several days in a row to get in touch with Kira that does Black hair to get hair done every single day I called in and told she was busy and took my number to have her call me back but never got a phone call or text from her so I let it go and going to get my hair done in Phoenix. Very unprofessional place in my opinion ask people what their number and name is to give to a person to call back but never do. Don’t deserve my business so went with someone else even if I have to drive all the way from Florence to Phoenix to get my hair done I’m okay with that. Don’t make no sense never have I ever a day in my life had to deal with a establishment that does hair and act like that. That’s why people would rather get their hair done by people on the street or people doing hair in their houses because hair salons or whatever cannot be trusted. But yeah I am going to a wonderful establishment called Pink Diamonds Beaute Lounge in Phoenix that does all types of hair and had a very professional settings and environment.

The new barber there was most likely the best person i have had cut my hair. He will do it exactly as you please. Highly recommend him! He does designs and everything for a good price!!

Owners mom cut my hair. My gut told me not to let her but being new to area I was desperate for a cut/style. HORRIBLE I got up before she finished because I could already tell it was nothing like what I showed her my husband says it looks like she gave me 2 different hairstyles one on one side and different on the other. Me being the person I am I still gave the one a tip (I no stupid on my part) I have cried 2 days in a row because of how horrible this looks. And it’s to short to even try to have someone else fix it!

Julz did my sisters hair and it is fabulous! She gave her a pixie cut with a shadow root and rose gold ends. She was personable and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. We will definitly be returning.

I don’t care what anyone says, my experience here was awesome. Julz took the time, while answering the phone, helping other customers etc to pay attention to every detail. My hair was super long and super thick and took over 4 hours to do. Your the best julz. I can’t stop looking at myself in the mirror and my husband loves it too. I caught him staring at me a few times too. ♥️
