Critical: ProfessionalismIf you are a black person please do not go to this place!!!!!! I went in there for a Groupon full set service for eyelashes I had previously paid for. As I walked in the lady who was going to perform the treatments was extremely rude complained about my hair which was in an Afro style even before she started doing my eyelashes. Given her the benefit of the doubt I proceeded with the treatment. Big mistake! Halfway into the treatment she complains Costly about how thin my eyelashes are and how difficult they are to fix. As someone who has had this treatment several times I have never heard such comments. She kept on complaining to the point of even complaining to another customer. Very unprofessional! I felt that the way I was treated was based on my skin color and my features accordingly.I would advise other black women and men not to go to this place if you want to be treated and valued as an equal human being.If you are a black person please do not go to this place!!!!!! Not only is she so sweet, funny and kind, but she also does AMAZING extensions! Everyone was so impressed by my lashes and I get so many compliments! They look so glamorous yet natural, and my first full set held up SO well before my fill 2 weeks later. I was worried they would feel heavy and uncomfortable, but they barely feel like they’re there and I will never go back to eyelash curlers and mascara ever again! It’s such a cozy spa, and Soo makes sure you are relaxed and comfortable before getting started. I always walk out feeling so refreshed. after my appointments! I absolutely LOVE going to see Soo Agnes Loh for my eyelash extensions! Not only is she so sweet, funny and kind, but she also does AMAZING extensions!
