Van was accommodating and did my nails how I wanted it. I showed her a picture and she took her time. She wasn’t rough like some others that I’ve experienced. The place is also nicely spaced out so you are not right next to each other. I had an appointment at 10am on a Monday and it wasn’t crowded.

Place was dirty, hot & stuffy. Some reused tools, yet I didn’t notice til too late. The techs were so busy talking amongst each other & that’s ok if they payed attention to detail. Hot towels on legs were LUKE warm & were COLD immediately! Message on hands was AWFUL & painful! My left hand has paralysis & I told them this & even pulled away several times indicating it hurt but didn’t matter. I finally asked her to stop. Leg massage was practically nothing. I Couldn’t wait to leave. Ive had much better looking nails & service. Simply put, there are WAY to many salons out there, one on every block! I just happened to walk into the worst one. Im new to the area. So one down with several more to try!

I called at 10:45 am and made an appointment for a pedicure at 11:30 am. I arrived on time and waited 30 minutes until noon and finally had to leave as I had another appointment to get to. They shouldn’t have scheduled an appointment for me if no one was going to be available.

Critical: ProfessionalismWanted a pedicure and this was to be my first. I didn’t have an appointment and they invited me in. Two young women were working on two young ladies and an older women came to give me a pedicure. I was older than her and I explained that this was the first time at a nail salon. She asked me if I lived in SanRamon and I told her I was visiting my daughter. From then on she did the pedicure and didn’t speak. I asked a couple of questions and her response was short yet she understood my questions. Once she was finished she took me to a table where I could dry the nails. She asked if I could pay and I did. She left me with cotton between my toes and a pair of thin flip flops. I waited and waited for her to return. I waited 30 minutes and asked another worker how much longer I needed to stay. She waved and said you can go. I handed her the flip flops and used cotton and said what do I do with this trash. i wish there was a way to rate more than just five stars on this place. I’ve been to PLENTY of nail salons, and even though a select few were pretty good, they’re NOTHING compared to this place. the employees are EXTREMELY experienced, very polite and friendly, and their nail polish application skills are above superior. I’ve always had trouble with someone going outside the lines with me eventually ruining my nails the next day. i don’t even have to worry about that here; the polish is perfectly painted without them making a single mistake. the place looks very professional and modern, and everything is spotless. they’re very hygienic with their materials, ensuring that everything they use is free of any germs. i honestly could not be happier with my experience here. if you want to go to a nail salon that’s absolutely perfect, this is the place you need to be at.

Came here this afternoon to get some acrylics on because I have a hard time growing out my nails because I bite them off. When I made the appointment I let them know that my natural nails were short because I bite them and to please give me somebody with experience. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was a slightly tapered nail not too long. They were a little long when she first started to file them so I asked her to cut them shorter. She did but the shapes are all over the place they look like squares except my thumb nails that do look kindof like they have the slight taper. She also kept trying to get me to do the shellac which was $15 more and I had to tell her at least three times that no I did not want it. The skin around where she worked on my nails is tore up! I’ve never seen my cuticles or the skin look so terrible. I bite my NAILS but very rarely do I have a problem with any of the skin on my fingers and this looks atrocious. I am really sad that I wasted $30. I won’t be returning and unfortunately could not recommend this place to anyone else.

Karen is absolutely the best technician who personally welcomes you to the salon for you desired treatment…I cannot explain the wonderful atmosphere that is here at San Ramon Nails, but their team makes every person feel special while visiting! Can’t wait for my next appointment.

On a vacation and needed my nails done, got acrylics done here and they did it way too long even though i kept asking for them shorter. when i went back to get them shorter they didn’t file it down properly leaving them uneven and so thick-wouldn’t come back again and now i wasted $30 for nails i have to fix myself
