Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an amazing experience with Sam today, she was on time and extremely friendly, she offered me great ideas for my hair and upkeep. And I left with a smile and a beautiful haircut. I got my hair done by Miranda last year as-well too. She was just as kind as Sam and she did amazing cut, color remover, bleach and tone in a reasonable price range over two visits. I’m not picky with stylists but both did an amazing job at maintaining my hair health and giving me what I asked for. I had an amazing experience with Sam today, she was on time and extremely friendly, she offered me great ideas for my hair and upkeep. And I left with a smile and a beautiful haircut. I got my hair done by Miranda last year as-well too. She was just as kind as Sam and she did amazing cut, color remover, bleach and tone in a reasonable price range over two visits. Critical: ProfessionalismI know in this time of the Covid that booking an appointment means a long wait. I was a regular at this salon and booked with Chrissy. She always did a fine job. Sad to say that she has put other clients ahead of me and tells me to book with someone else. I did not expect her to do something like this – such a disappointment. I was willing to wait six weeks to make an appointment, but she told me that her other regulars would be filling the same spots. I know in this time of the Covid that booking an appointment means a long wait. I was a regular at this salon and booked with Chrissy. She always did a fine job. Sad to say that she has put other clients ahead of me and tells me to book with someone else. I did not expect her to do something like this – such a disappointment. All a girl wants in life is some executed services and good vibes in the salon and this place will sure have that for you. This is the salon to go to in pagosa and Chrissy the owner really goes above and beyond. Aveda is an all organic and amazing earthy beauty/skin and hair color line and at San Juan salon they use the products there and have the knowledge to properly care for you.
