This place used to be good. I had been going there for about a year and today was the last time. The lady took off my gel with the machine instead of soaking off and burned me several times. Then she told me to move to the next desk where the male technician would be painting my nails that ended up looking like my 12 year old niece did them. I told the lady the nails were ugly and that they wasted my time. She said I can fix them for you. That’s not the point: you need to do a good service on the first chance. The guy was in a huge rush painting my nails but I was hoping they would turn out good. Stay away, there’s nicer salons.

I have been here a couple of times and usually the service is decent. This time around it was awful. For starters the older woman working there was extremely rude. I was looking at the menu deciding what I wanted and she kept hurrying me up. The pedicure was fine, the older gentleman did it and it was good. He has done my pedicure before and it lasted a while. This time, however, it lasted 5 days! The gel polish from my toenails is falling off. $50 for a 5 day pedicure is not worth it. I payed extra for the gel polish to make sure it lasted longer and it did not.

Ive been in Yuma 57 years, been in them all, and i keep going back here. Its my favorite. Kim, the owner is an Expert in my opinion. She has put many years/hours into making this business the success it is today. Experience a leg massage by the gentlemen who does the amazing pedicures. Ive been going to SanDiego nails for over 10 years. Best price, best job, with a relaxing atmosphere.

I went in for a simple gel manicure. The old guy that did my nails rushed through the whole service like his life depended on it, he cut me with the cuticle nippers and was bleeding quite a bit and laughed it off like it was nothing. I had gel all over my cuticles and on my skin and he would file mi nails in between the gel layers so dust would get stuck on the gel and he would just layer the gell over it so now my nails have a rough texture, the shaping is so bad and the service was the worst service in the world. There was nobody waiting to get their nails done either. NEVER GOING BACK, NEVER RECOMENDING PEOPLE TO THIS PLACE, I DONT KNOW WHY ITS STILL EVEN OPEN!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityToday I decided to give this salon a try I got a pedicure and a manicure pedicure was fine but as I moved on to get my manicure the guy rushed my whole set and left my set lumpy and uneven as I walked out of the salon I looked at them and decided to walk back in and tell him about the lack of detail and sloppy work. The guy smirked and laughed and said we fix for you. I got soo upset and began to cry because he did not take it seriously and get that there was no one else in line to do their nails. He passed me over to a different technician to fix my nails which she did and I was pleased with them. I asked to speak to him before I left and I explained his unprofessionalism and he laughed and said have fun bye and refused to let me speak. Never had a pedicure before. As a guy I thought it would be weird. Now I recommend it. Dead skin? No problem. Ingrown nails? Instant relief. Men, go with your lady. It takes a little getting used to but I promise it will be a game changer. Almost like getting new feet!
