Unfortunately this place has lost its touch. I went in to get a pedicure and a full set as well as my daughter wanted a manicure. I paid for the $50 pedicure and just to paint my daughter’s Nails was $30. So $80 for less than 30 minutes on one pedicure and manicure. They do not have a menu. She just made up her own price of $30 for painting my daughter’s nails. When I asked if I could have a detailed receipt she said she didn’t have one. When I asked to see a menu of her pricing she explained she didn’t have one. I went online to see if there is a breakdown of what it cost to paint a child’s nails and of course there is no menu on there either. I feel she personally added her own tip into the final bill because who pays $30 to paint nails. My pedicure was not even finished the tips of my nails were still White. I feel this location is adding their own tax because when she saw that I was paying with cash she made up her own prices. I would not recommend going to this location because I did not see them practice safe covid regulations while there. Never once did they wipe any chairs down. They used to offer water but this time we had to ask for it. I’m just saying their customer service is completely off and if I would have been smart and paid with my credit card I would have disputed the charges because they are clearly making up their own pricing. Shame on you San Diego nails!!

I have been coming here for ever. They changed owners and remodeled the place. Anna is great she makes you feel like you’re really a friend of hers. Kevin does my nails and he’s great. Julie did my pedicures but she moved, so now it’s Anthony and Linda. They are a great bunch. I really love this place and their people.

They may have good outcomes, but when it comes up to the bad experiences they don’t want to be held accountable for their actions . They gave a customer a second degree burn on her face from waxing after the client had told them that the wax was too hot on her face . Now she has to go see a dermatologist and all the owner did was call the police on her because she wanted the owner to see what was wrong and she didn’t agree. I come here at least 3-4’times a month between me and my daughter and they are great. Anthony has so much experience that he goes above and beyond to make sure I get my money worth & Anna does a great job on my nails as well those two are my favorites!! Prices are affordable and for the pedicure linda hooks it up! Hot rocks and hot towels Callus remover for $25. I recommend to everyone and they have even stayed open late to do my daughters nails for her last day of school! They are the realist!!! #loyalCustomer4ever !!
