I would give this place 6 stars if I could! I have struggled with skin issues for as long as I can remember and no matter what I tried nothing helped. It only took one month to almost completely clear my skin with the help of the San Diego acne clinic team. I love how they treat acne as an internal and external issue by helping you change your diet and your skincare routine for optimal results. Their skincare products are absolutely amazing, I don’t go anywhere without them and make sure I never run out! Their staff is so kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Shout out to Danielle! Thank you so much for making me feel confident in my skin for the first time in my life. You guys are the best.

Meeting Danielle and using her ClearSTEM products was probably the best choice I’ve ever made for my skin! I’ve suffered from severe acne and never seen so many good results with anyone before like Danielle. She’ll make sure to assists with any questions and recommendations for your skin. Very pleased! I started going here a couple months ago because I was tired of quick fix facials that never really made an impact on my overall acne. Desiree was super kind and took time to ask questions about my skin. I listened to her recommendations and cut some foods out of my diet + switched up my skincare. I cannot recommend this place or Marissa enough. I have struggled with acne for YEARS and have been topically “treating” it but it would never fully go away. Marissa is absolutely incredible. She helped me find the root of my acne, helped me find which products were triggering outbreaks, and helped me completely transform my skin. She is a genuine and kind person who truly wants to help. I no longer live in San Diego but whenever I have a question about a product or food, I message her and she is always available and happy to help. I feel like Desiree saved my life. I came to SD Acne clinic after another esthetician had me on products that broke me out worse than my teen years. I had beautiful clear skin right before that and didn’t recognize myself in the mirror – it was pretty traumatic. Desiree is the first esthetician I ever met that approached this with so much empathy. I cried to her while she hugged me and confidently told me we’re going to get my skin back. I have to start this off by saying that if you have struggled with your skin, or if you have ever even just been curious about trying any facial services/treatments, you MUST go to San Diego Acne Clinic and book with Danielle. Danielle has truly saved my skin and given me confidence in my skin that I honestly never thought I would gain back. After only my first treatment I was shocked how much of a difference I saw in my skin and was hooked! I struggled with acne scaring and was almost too insecure to even go to get my scars treated. Danielle made me feel so comfortable right off the bat and is incredibly knowledgeable. She really takes the time to choose the correct treatment and products for what your skin needs. My first appointment with Danielle she spent a good 30 min thoroughly going over my diet, skin type/concerns and my skincare routine/products. She told me why my products were problematic for my skin type and gave me a list with troubling ingredients that are commonly used in skincare so that I can check products for those ingredients on my own and avoid them. Every appointment is my time to just let go and relax. The vibe is so peaceful as you lay on a comfortable bed, enjoy warm steam and listen to Danielle’s amazing taste in music. Not only is this process beneficial for my skin, it is also my time to be pampered and come out feeling completely, mentally refreshed. Danielle is the absolute best and will transform your skin and confidence!

I would give this clinic 10 stars if I could!! Finding this clinic and meeting Danielle was the best thing that ever happened to me throughout this acne journey. I have been in this battle with acne for many many years, ever since i was 16 and i am now 21. I have tried countless over the counter products/well advertised products such as proactive, curology, different gel, etc and none of them helped my acne, so getting professional help was my very last resort. AND OH MY GAWD!! Danielle changed my skin!! It is now so much smoother and almost no active acne at all, only here and there when I’m stressed and dehydrated. She also works with your scarring and does everything that she can to make that stubborn thing go away!! This will not result after 1 session, it takes at least 3 to see the difference but it is so worth it!! If you are hesitant take my review as a sign and JUST GO!! You will not be disappointed!

San Diego Acne Clinic has really helped my skin come a long way. They helped me figure out what ingredients to avoid, what alternative products to get, and even what laundry detergent could be better for avoiding breakouts. Taylor makes every facial enjoyable as she helps with whatever skin concern I have at the time from breakouts and blackheads to dryness. She also gave me a little sample of a moisturizer which really helped my dry skin the week after the facial. San Diego Acne clinic will also recommend makeup and hair products that do not have pore clogging ingredients, which is super helpful because it can be hard to know where to start after realizing how many of your current products could be the cause of your acne.

If you’re struggling with acne, I really do recommend you trying San Diego Acne Clinic. My skin has improved so much in just the first few months when I first came to the SD Acne Clinic. I’ve been coming for the past two years, but more just for maintenance and the occasional session. You really do see improvements quite soon in the process. My friends and family even commented on the drastic improvements in my skin. I never thought it possible, but my bare skin is acne-free. I do get the occasional whitehead bump, but it’s virtually glass skin. If you saw what my skin woes were in high school and throughout my early to mid-twenties, you would probably not believe it was the same skin.
