A review from a real customer. Horrible experience. The owner is a very nice lady and no disrespect to her however she tried to rip me off me because she thought she could. When I spoke up one of her employees tried to fight me in her shop lol. I should have arrested her to teach her a lesson instead i decided to leave it alone on behalf of the owner. I would not advise anyone to go to this shop. There are much more honest braiding shops close by. Not to mention she worked very slowly for what was done. A complete scam.

Very cluttered shop with HORRIBLE customer service! I arrived at 9:45am for a 10am appointment and I had to WAIT for her to finish the other 10am appointment. Not to mention I still never got my hair done!! I had to go to another shop and I’d already sat there until 4pm!! I will never go back to this shop for braids.

Patient, courteous, staff. Victoria is a dedicated and very reliable braider. I’ve watched her work countless hours on one person and just as she is trying to wrap up her day, another customer in need of 2 or 3 braids will catch her as she is headed out the door, and she will cut the lights on and go back to work. Consistent, reliable, quality service. She tries to be as accomodating as possible. She is one person, but she manages the demand to the best of her ability. I went to this shop on the same day as Khi Taylor. Service was good and the owner and her staff were very professional and good. Khi’s review is all a lie. Khi came in to the shop and stated she was on her lunch break and need 2 tracks added to her already weaved sew in , and tighten the previous sew in. The owner and her staff catered to this for her and she did more than 4 tracks. Upon completion, they asked her to pay $50 and Khi got aggressive, became loud using profanity. She said she was going to pay $25. I was the person Khi claim is a staff. I am a customer not a staff. I intervened cause Khi was asking me questions and talking to me since she arrived. I even allowed the stylist attend to Khi cause she said she)
