I went today to this place and had an amazing experience. I was running late due to the traffic and the owner waited 45 mins for me which was very sweet of her. She was making sure that I’m comfortable with the results, and asked me what I wanted and gave me exactly that, unlike others who add their inputs and alter the results. Will definitely visit again, great services at great price.

I really like that I can buy 6 sessions in advance. It encourages me to get my brows done every month instead of letting them grow out. I really like my eyebrows super thin and the person who usually does my brows does an excellent job. Ive never had an issue with symmetry and arch.

You have to buzz in, but the system doesn’t call them so you have to call the store when you come in. It took the woman in the shop a few rings before she got up and answered the phone. I had called earlier telling them about the Groupon coupon I had and they told me they did walk-ins until 6:30. The whole threading was overall alright didn’t hurt as much, but the reason for that is she did very minimal work on shaping the brows. When she asked if my brows were to my liking I told her I’m used to a more defined arc and overall shape. Brows have no defined arc and right brow is ticked than the left towards the end. Brows look like how a man would have their brows done. BrowArc in the Northgate mall is Way better than this place. She didn’t even ask if she could make my arc more defined. Worker seemed pleased with low quality work.
