I didn’t come in for a hair appointment, I came in for some nail supplies. As someone with social anxiety, this was by far the least stressful experience asking for assistance/advice from a sales person in a long time. They greeted me politely when I arrived and when I looked confused they very kindly explained to me some of the more technical aspects of my new hobby and didn’t make me feel pressured at all to buy anything. Everything was incredibly affordable. 10/10 will absolutely be going again.

She really listens to your concerns and wants. Her attention to details is impeccable. She is dedicated and a true artist. I highly reccomend her to everyone who wants a great style, color or cut!!!! Sam’s is a great store for beauty supplies of all kinds. If you have questions about anything at all they are very knowledgeable. If for some reason they don’t know the answer to your question they are more than willing to research and get the answer for you. If they don’t carry a product you are looking for they can often order it for you. All their personnel work hard to help you in any way they can…and…always with a smile on their face! I was treated to some Excellent Customer Service last Sunday at Sam’s Beauty Supply. I came in to purchase a product but did not know it’s name or manufacturer. I only knew it was “orange” last time I bought it–which was several years ago. One employee took me around and explained many products for me, and the other employee made a phone call to an off duty employee (who had more product knowledge) to help me make my selection. I was very impressed with how they handled the transaction; asking questions but not “grilling” me.
