Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe absolute most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. We called in advance on a Friday morning for two people and we were told they don’t take appointments and we could come in now. We arrived 5 minutes later. They were servicing three people and had three people working. They turned on the water for the pedicure had us sit and when another person finished a manicure I began my service for a pedicure while my mother sat for an additional 20 minutes. They claimed they were first come first serve but a woman came in after us and had her manicure started before my mother was tended to. The technicians were rushing, and bouncing back and forth between people rather than tending to one person at a time. Obviously not wanting to turn people away but giving a horrible non enjoyable experience. In addition, the prices were not up to par with the service at all. I’m very disappointed they have a 5 star rating when I received an experience less than satisfactory. An apology would have been nice but we received excuses.
