Worst place I’ve ever been …besides having go back the next day to get all my toes repainted because they all were smudging after 3 hours but all my toes nails r cut all messed up and she cut half of one of my nails off !!! I think my 5 yr old could have did way better !!!! Good luck if u go here !!!!

I went there today at 3:30 I wasn’t seen until 5. I was waiting very patiently when they let another lady go before me even though I was there before her. They sat me with a nice man who was doing really well at first, but he was going unnecessarily slow and he kept sighing while he was doing my nails. Then, after I was close to being done he stopped and started doing another persons nails and they had the woman who does pedicures finish my nails. It took her almost 20 minutes to add glitter to 4 nails. I didn’t get to leave until 6pm. By far my worst nail experience. I’m also very sad because after I left I realized that I told them a certain color that I wanted and they gave me the wrong shade, and none of the shapes are the same. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I love coming here! Dawn has been taking care of me since she was in Belleville. I was so excited when they opened this place closer to home. They are ALWAYS busy so I highly recommend calling ahead. Also – don’t be a jerk. I see a lot of people get their nails done then complain about smudging or the color when they picked the color or weren’t careful. When they start painting look at the color. If you don’t like it say so THEN, not when their done or the next day. Don’t put your socks on immediately after a pedicure. Take your keys and money out of your purse before your nails are painted so you don’t ruin them right away. Don’t walk to your car then walk right back in and complain. It’s your responsibility to care for your manicure and pedicure after it’s done. And if you DO need a touch up – just be polite about it.

My daughter and I have gone here maybe 5 times as we are looking for a new salon. WE WILL NOT be going back. the last time we went I asked for my toes to be done- not a full pedi, just trimmed and repainted and I needed a new set on my fingers. I showed them the design I wanted done for my fingers 3 or 4 times telling them each time that I wanted the colors reversed- the bows black and the polka-dots pink, and I picked out the shade of pink I wanted. My daughter (grown daughter) asked for a gel mani, and her toes re-polished We will start with her, she was flown through getting her fingers done and the girl didn’t even put the polish on her whole nail, each and every nail was only partly polished, with every single edge undone, and then her toes (actual toe) had polish all around the nail. When it came to me, they did put on a new set, but then didn’t paint my nails like I asked and didn’t even use the shade of pink I asked for. Then they didn’t even do my toes, by the time we were ‘done’ I just wanted to leave. This wasn’t the first time there have been mix-ups, before, they have put me at a station only to start working on someone else and leaving me waiting for 30+ minutes. They DO NOT talk to you either- I am sorry, I understand speaking another language, but if you are going to work in America with Americans- SPEAK THE LANGUAGE! And BTW- my daughters gel polish completely peeled off 3 days later. A TOTAL waste of $60! ! ! DO NOT GO!
