I got a decent pedicure with a calf massage. Where was the foot massage? That’s one of the biggest reasons I get a pedicure. No foot massage at all. I would feel more comfortable if the tech was wearing a mask when waxing eyebrows as well. Feeling someone breathe in you is unnerving. Probably would be unlikely to come back.

Garbage service. I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time only to have my nails obliterated. Air bubbles in every single one and some are even different lengths. Did not take her time because it was around closing time.

LOVE this place. Walked in and was told 20 minutes to wait, only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. I got a pedicure and dip nails. The place was clean and the girl I had was awesome. She was really nice, professional and really good. One thing I noticed, while I was getting my nails done- many other returning customers came into the store. They knew everyone’s names, including their husbands, asked them about their kids etc. This speaks volumes to me that there are so many return customers that come back specifically to get their nails done here.

The place is always packed it seems and I do like the atmosphere. I gave it 3 stars because I love Mai! She takes her time and does my nails right Everytime. However, she books up fast so I can’t always get her. Sammy doesn’t do nails correctly and he just wants to get done quickly. He uses too much product and makes the nails look bulky. So the nails do not last long. Don’t let Sammy do you’re nails!!! Call and make an appointment with Mai.

I’ve gone to many nail salons in the area, and this Sammy Nail is one of my favorites. I never feel pressured to get more than I had in mind, the place is clean, and everyone really is friendly, as long as you are nice to them. If you want to be rude to them or not talk, don’t expect them to bend over backwards for you, just like any other service ever. Dawn does my nails regularly now. Her step son also works there, and her daughter colors in the corner. She always does a great job and understands what I want. The one time I wasn’t happy, I told her and she changed it. It wasn’t even her fault, I just decided I didn’t like the color. There’s no extra charge for gel which is becoming more common but isn’t universal. They aren’t rough on your skin and nails, they take their time, and they help each other out. Compared to the Sammy Nail near Target, I prefer this one. I have never left unhappy and don’t feel overcharged.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I was so disappointed in this nail shop, I had to. This place was horrible. The wait time was about an hour my first time and about 45 minutes the second time. While we are talking about second times, allow me to explain why there was a second time. After I had a full set and a deluxe pedicure (which was garbage) done the first time, about 2 days later a nail came completely off. Not chipped, but lifted off like a press on nail. These were gel nails by the way, so a little pricey. So, I went back to have them repair it hoping they would do it for free because after only 2 days, it was obviously not my fault. They charged me for the repair and like an idiot I paid. Would you believe about 2 days after that, another 2 nails came completely off? No, I did not go back. This place is hot garbage and if I could give ZERO stars I would.
