I never thought I’d say this but, it’s hard to be a loyal customer here. 4 years, I sympathized with her personal matters, I sympathized when she got put out from a building fire, (tried 5 times to find her at the salon during the rebuild, never found her) I suffered embarrassment one time when she decided to go cash only, then the next time after that, I go out of my way to get cash…and she’s taking cards again! Her prices went up, hospitality went down. Last time I went in there, she couldn’t remember my name. 4 years ago I have this place a shining 5 star review and after sticking with her through HER hard times, she can’t even remember my name. I’m done sympathizing. Here’s the respectful and honest truth, I pay more to get less here and I’m never coming back and if you’re wondering why I dropped you to 1 star, reread this review and count 1 for every year.
