Honestly, the lady was nice but I felt a bit rushed. I only wanted a manicure but felt pressured to get a pedicure. However, I stuck to just wanting a manicure. I don’t get my nails done often but I wanted to treat myself. I tried dip for the first time. The person working on my nails was fast. I prefer my nails short but she filed so hard that she hurt me. She didn’t really clean up my nails well even after asking her. You can see I still have polish around both of my thumbs. I most likely won’t come back. $50 for 1 layer dip.

I also had my acrylic nails taken off which was done at a different salon in Seattle and it was actually done incorrectly and ended up being too thick. But the girls at Sammi Nails were very professional, nice, and patient in terms of removing my thick acrylic nails and switching to just a gel manicure. The salon was very clean and as a working individual, I appreciate that they are open until 7pm unlike most places. Prices were as expected and typical for the Mill Creek Towncenter area but it’s worth the good quality work. My gel nails turned out exactly the way I wanted them and are very pretty! Came in yesterday evening for a gel manicure for my first time and it was great! I also had my acrylic nails taken off which was done at a different salon in Seattle and it was actually done incorrectly and ended up being too thick. I’ve been going to this salon for over 4 years now and the service and skill of these lovely technicians is superior to any nail salon I’ve ever been to. I drive an hour to this salon because they are that good. They are extremely welcoming and friendly and provide an excellent service. They are gentle and detail-oriented with trimming around sensitive areas or around ingrown or hang nails. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Oh, they are absolutely lovely! I walked in for a brow wax and walked out with a mani pedi too! I was a little stressed and needed to slow down. They took such good care of me, I should have left a bigger tip! I will absolutely be back, they’re gonna be my regular place from now on.

They were amazing!! I got a whole range of services from them and everything they did was super. I got chin, lip, stomach, and Brazilian done. They were fast clean and professional. I also got a full pedicure and nails done. They worked hard to make sure I wad pampered, and with my wedding coming up in a couple of days, it was just what I needed. What is more amazing is that they are priced perfectly in my budget.

I’ve been here 3 times for a mani/pedi and each experience has been great! I’ve had gel manicures before and took a break from them bc it damaged my nails… But the ladies here convinced me to try their gel manicures (vit E, etc) bc it lasts a lot longer and it’s healthier on the nails than other gel systems.

I had been going to Sammi Nails for several years. They are clean, reasonably priced and did a good job. The last few times I have gone, I feel very pressured to upgrade. I have to decline SEVERAL times. Then it feels like if you aren’t going to spend the extra money, they just want to hurry and get you done and out. This last visit was the final one – toes were fine, but nails rough and uneven – done by different technicians at the same time. When I pointed out one of my thumbnails wasn’t even, she didn’t take the time to even it up, she just filed it much shorter. When she scraped my toenail, she took everything off, put on only 1 coat of polish, immediately added the topcoat and was done. I just want a good relaxing basic mani/pedi and Sammi Nails now feels like high pressure sales and as if they don’t want customers who just want the basics.
