Samira is awesome. After calling in yesterday, she was quickly able to get me an appointment for the next day. She is very kind, personable, and down-to-earth not to mention the fact that she is very experienced and gave me a great haircut (for a reasonable price). I took a chance by booking her, but after visiting her salon, I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a great haircut (she truly listens and executes your directions). Samira is a welcoming presence in the Mt. Auburn St. neighborhood. Always full of laughter and conversation; the haircutting time flies by. She is an expert with the sheers and has quite an eye with styling! Very responsibly prices for the time and care that she puts in to the individual session!

Freind of mine recommend this salon , I made an appointment with sam.my hair was verry brassy and damaged from previous colors .Sam was listening to me all the time over a tea she offers me.sam corrects the hair color , toned it and give me treatment on the house also she gave me a haircut wish I love and a very good blow-dry silky probably if I didn’t wash my hair after 4 day’s will last more.

I HATE this haircut. I have been growing my hair out for a very long time, it was down almost to my low back. I asked for a healthy trim and now my hair is barely past my shoulders. I also asked for some layers that were shorter in the front and longer in the back (face framing layers) and now I have super short layers all the way around. Thank god hair grows back because I hate looking in the mirror right now. I also asked for a deep conditioning treatment and all I got was regular conditioner after the shampoo. Finally, costs just as much as other places in the square – $70 for the haircut alone.
