My daughter called the police on them they did regular box braids when she asked for knotless and when she asked them to fix it they got mad and accused her of not having money when she showed them the money they argued her down til my daughter called the police. Critical: Quality, ValueI went to Samira’s for feed in braids at top with Box braids in the back. If you want overpriced BASIC braids this is your place. I had the braids for 2 days and they lifted completely from my scalp. When I reached out to have the 2 braids redone the lady would not redo the braids but rather sewed them with weaving thread to the other braids. I went to Samira’s for feed in braids at top with Box braids in the back. If you want overpriced BASIC braids this is your place. I had the braids for 2 days and they lifted completely from my scalp. I will not go back to this place. I had an appointment for 930. The lady I spoke to said she’d come in early to take care of me. Nobody showed up until 1030. It was one girl and she wasn’t my braider apparently. The one braiding my hair didn’t show up until almost 11. Long story short I did not get seen as early as I was told I would, and I ended up missing my best friends baby shower. The braids I got weren’t even worth the wait.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They were half an hour late, never listened to my request, and left my scalp swollen. I’ve had all different sized braids done in my hair all through my life so I understand that there’s going to be pain but I’ve never felt the amount of pain these ladies gave me after pulling my braids so tight. I tried telling them multiple times to stop pulling so tight but they never listened and kept pulling in baby hairs that should not have been in the braid. My scalp was very swollen and inflamed. I oiled my scalp every hour and it didn’t help reduce the pain or the swelling. I had to take my braids down about 8 hours later because of the amount of pain and how much my scalp had swelled up. Yes, the braids were done nicely but I’d rather be able to move my head without crying out of pain than to have nicely done braids.

These ladies always make me feel welcome. I’ve been coming to them for 2 years on and off (only when I get braids ). They even take me a min before the shop close. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are the bomb.

I went there and I had two braiders that were very quick. I got box braids and it took 6 hours. I have had them in for almost 2 months and I still receive compliments on them saying they are very neat and look good. Thank you and I will be back.
