I just got a dermaplane, facial, and body scrub from Samantha and let me tell you, it has changed my life lol. First off, her facility is super clean and adorable. Second, she’s super friendly and easy to talk to. Third, she does an amazing job! My skin hasn’t been worked on in a year and the winter left my skin very, very dry and i needed to shed all that dead dry skin. After leaving samazing skin service I feel like a whole new person, my skin is so smooth and nourished and she gave me an amazing massage so now I feel super relaxed. I’ll definitely be going back and I feel so lucky to have found such a hidden gem.

I got a Groupon for a facial from my brother as a Bday gift in July. I tried calling multiple times never got an answer, finally left a message and took several days to get a call back. Only to find out her availability wasn’t conducive to my schedule. Basically office hours which is when I work…nothing when I was available. Then I got busy with back to school and juggling full time work and 3 kids schedules. I remembered again about it this week and apparently it expired! Really only valid for 3 months? And now they wanted to charge me $25 “reinstatement fee”. I think its pretty unreasonable. If you’re a one man show and can’t answer calls or return calls within a reasonable time frame, then being some what accommodating and flexible would be a good idea.
