Disappointed in the customer service. I went to the Simsbury location not realizing the time I booked for was at the new location (totally my fault!) and when I arrived the receptionist told me my appointment was in Glastonbury, I should rush there & they’d call the other office for me. 20 mins later almost at the office, I get a call telling me the Southbury receptionist looked up the wrong person/appointment in the system and they actually couldn’t take my in that day. I wasn’t allowed to transfer my nonrefundable deposit to the reschedule nor was I allowed to use my gift card to pay for the deposit. Sad, I had gone a few times and the service was nice but the way they conduct business has now turned me off from returning again. I do like how they inject anesthetics on the sides of the nose and chin so you barely feel anything during the lip procedure, but I should just find another medspa in my area rather than driving over an hour away to waste my time.
