I have been following Samara MedSpa on social media for years and finally decided to book an appointment for lip filler. I have wanted lip filler for years and was beyond excited to go. I booked with Michelle and she was fantastic! I had my first session of lip filler done by Samara. I am beyond satisfied with my results and cannot wait to come back. I’m also not afraid anymore!! I booked a neuro modulator treatment. I drive all the way from North of Boston for Samara over 2.5 hours and I have never been so happy with my face and lips! They way she injects is so different from anyone I’ve ever seen and I will never go anywhere else. Just a warning, as a new patient, make sure you can be there more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This business makes no exceptions to the policy and you will lose your deposit and you will be required to place another deposit to reschedule. I recently tried Samara to get B12 injections and other information for botox, lets just say both my experiences with Michelle were not how I thought they would be. On my first visit I had an appointment and I was hoping to ask her some questions, she tells me she is too busy and has back to back clients and I can ask the girls in the front. From there we did decide on the B12 injection and thought ok maybe she is having a bad day. So the second visit came for my shot and I had Michelle again and she tells me I should call before my appointment because again she is super busy and that they would of told me to come in later. I really bit my tongue on this one-I have an appointment and I need to call prior? That’s not how this works. So I have been disappointed with the customer service from Michelle and decided to go somewhere else. I know its just a shot but I might of got some other stuff as well if she was helpful.
