I started going to Sam a couple years ago, after a not-so great haircut (some-where else) and she was very attentive – asked what I liked, what I didn’t like about the last haircut and what I had in mind for this time around. She’s given me several incredible cuts and highlighted my hair for the very first time several months ago – and I love it. The balayage was exactly what I was looking for and it was evident that she had a lot of experience and was able to help me with aftercare tips and everything.
