First I come in for a balayage and I come home to my house with yellow bleached hair, do you not use toner when bleaching ? I come back to get it toned as the bleached hair is YELLOW and they tone my hair to brown ? this is shameful. Go somewhere a true stylist works and read reviews cause there is plenty of bad ones. For an Aveda this is terrible and needs to be shut down.

Came to get hair color, they were unaware of basic hair color techniques like balayage, was promised a hair colour lift (lighter), went home with darker hair. Also they charge a $30 blow dry fees after coloring and washing hair, how is anyone supposed to appreciate hair color in wet hair. Bit of a scam.

The salon is awesome. All of the girls from front to back that work in this space are super kind, super talented and you better be nice to all of them and tip them accordingly. Katie has been cutting my hair since 2018 she has not dumped me yet over all of the times of burnt my own bleach job or decided to trip my own bangs. All of those girls are so hip and fun and more than qualified to cut at Aveda level.

The hair stylist did not know how to match hair color. I was not happy at all and they would not do anything about redoing the color which was totally the wrong color. Put it this way, if you are a brunette and your color is a true medium,, would you want your hair to be deep black? Not what matches. When I spoke to the manager, she said there was nothing they could do. In my opinion…. I don’t recommend the salon. Find a salon with a true hair stylist.

I have been going to Sam Jon’s for six years and always leave this place feeling great! My stylist is Kirstin, and she is a ROCK STAR hair goddess! The entire team is friendly and service oriented. I must add, though, I miss my man, Nick, who previously managed the salon with personal flair and hospitality.

This is a really great Aveda Salon. So glad I made the switch from Jupiter. They have some really skilled hair specialists. You can even book with a stylist of different skill levels. I’m really happy with the duo who do my hair. I feel like I won the lotto!

My daughters, who are in their 20s, go to her too and love her. She’s a one-of-a-kind find. Katie is very experienced and knowledgeable as well. She gives me a great haircut and blow out.
