Me and my mother have been going to Sam I am for quite a while now. I recently went there to get my hair fixed by a lady named Jasmine who was very nice. The other day I bought crochet hair for my mother. This lady named Kennedy was the one that was going to do my mother‘s crochet hair. The lady used two different types of crochet hair the one that I bought and some other random one that she was given from the guy named Sam. The hair did not even match and it had already started unraveling as soon as my mom arrived home. Because it looked like such a mess, Sam and Kennedy promised that my mother could come back on Monday and that they can fix it. My mother went there and Kennedy immediately started being so rude to my mother yelling at her and telling her that she’s ready to fight her. It honestly looked like Kennedy is on drugs. My mother is a very calm and well respected lady, she does not get in confrontation she didn’t even want me to write this review. Sam left the store while my mother continued to take verbal abuse from Kennedy all because her and Sam promised to fix her hair because her hair looked a hot mess, and was not what they had agreed upon.

For me the for me, the braids were actually fantastic. But when it came to scheduling concerns and getting my hair redone when I came back, it seems like it was impossible. Both Sam and one of the One of the hair stylists seem to have a really bad reputation bumping heads with schedules and having inconsistent customer service for those who book appointments. I’m sure there are other places around the area that’ll do just as good of a job with better customer service I would just make sure that if you do go be prepared for them to already be braiding somebody else and possibly asking you to wait another hour or two for your hair. Needless to say not coming back

The owner is very friendly individual who truly cares about his customers. His primary business is hair braiding conducted in the back of the store, but he carries a few products and different styles of braiding hair. I would go back just for the pleasant conversation and the owner’s positive attitude.

I went here to get braids for the first time and I had a wonderful experience. The women who did my hair were incredibly kind and hard working. They were constantly asking me how I was doing and if I needed anything. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I got micro braids that were braided all the way to the ends, this takes TIME. They worked tirelessly through the night to get my braids done. The braids themselves were exactly what I asked for. I am in ROTC, so I needed by braids done to meet specific regulations. They weren’t even a bit phased. Overall a am absolutely thrilled with my experience and braids.

Sam I am Beauty Supply. It looks dirty and unwelcoming. Thought it was a beauty supply, then saw they are running a boot leg hair salon the back. Items were extremely over priced. Would not give them my business. Negative 5 stars.
