This salon is such an experience and vibe! I drove an hour from Rhode Island and I would not hesitate to do it again. From the moment I walked into the salon the stellar customer service began. The wash was to die for, the steam could have put me to sleep and the retwist was so gentle. The music set the atmosphere and I was loving it. Overall, I left there feeling so relaxed. I got the “Loc Bomb” along with the “VIP Wash” and let me tell you it felt so good. I felt Peace and Tranquility as soon as my service started. James is amazing. He definitely made me feel so welcome and his washing skills will make feel like your floating on clouds. Literally. Ateiya is Also amazing! She is super friendly, laid back, and efficient. I get my wash & steam treatments here. I’m my recent visit, They gave a complimentary hydration treatment for my brittle hair. Their products always brings my hair back to life especially after my DIY YouTube inspired hair projects at home! The customer service is A+++, the vibe is impeccable and the energy is MUCH NEEDED, soothing… just total relaxation… true definition of self-care. This place doesn’t even deserve a star. I had a bad experience here. Two weeks ago I believe the owner called me to reschedule appointment and told me she put me down for a new appointment. On the day of my appointment I call to confirm because I never received a confirmation email after readjusting my entire day to make sure I can go to my appointment. A guy on the phone tells me “sorry your name is not on the list.” This was after the owner told me she rescheduled my appointment and gave me a new date and time. What am I suppose to do with a sorry? when I readjusted me schedule in order ti show up for my appointment.
