Gave this place a few chances, will not be going back. From the appointment process, to calls or texts not being returned, their less then stellar customer service, to a really bad hair cut, this place does not get my vote. I gave two stars because the first haircut I got was actually pretty good, but the second time around, my hair was totally ruined for a few months.
