Very professional atmosphere, the best smell and feeling right when you walk in the door so clean they have the friendliest most knowledgeable ladies working there it’s so nice to be greeted with a smile and positive energy! Truly this is pure class and I would recommend this spa to anyone who wants top of the line work! I had a day of pampering myself at Salus and it was incredible! Their new spa is incredible. Mallory gave me the best massage and with Tiffany I had a full body scrub, a facial and a foot facial. The regular facial was amazing! Tiffany and Mallory were both very kind and professional. I will be back!

I got a massage and it was great so I set my husband up for an appt 2 weeks later. He went and got a 50 min and the only area he didn’t want them to work on was his feet. He said the lady only worked on his back, had him roll over and did about 5 minutes of work on his neck and shoulder area and told him she was done. He thought I got him a longer massage because she didn’t do anything except for the back. I called and complained about 2 maybe 3 days later and was told management would be calling me and it’s been over a month and we haven’t heard anything. I’m disappointed because he paid 100.00 for this massage and I liked mine and wanted to come back but if this is how they handle complaints, I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s sad because I had the hydro massage too and loved it and was thinking about doing the float but feel undervalued as a customer so this is how I’m responding since nobody reached out to us

Salus is a very welcoming and comfortable Spa. My partner and I got a 80 minute couples massage (new clients) with Miranda and Jentry as a honeymoon treat and it was perfect! Miranda was very kind and was great at explaining things for my partner’s first massage. Jentry did an amazing job and provided a great massage service! I really appreciated her communication (my first massage as well) and especially her skill. Everything was very relaxing and even better than expected. My shoulders were so tense beforehand and they felt incredible afterwards! I hope I can come back soon!

Salus has been one of my favorite places since I started going years ago. Their new location in Jenison really took it up another level though. I love all the new services they offer and enjoy trying new things here as they add them. The building is very clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Always a good place to go if you’re in need of some relaxation! Their float therapy and massages are my favorite.
