Honestly, this spa is one of the best and most attentive I’ve ever been to. I’ve been very self conscious all my life about my body but specifically my love handles. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and attended. The staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Stephanie genuinely understood my concerns. So far I have gone 3 times and my love handles have significantly decreased as well as other areas like my stomach. I have never felt more content and I thank Salus Mind for boosting my confidence and overall well being. Highly recommend if you want great service with great results!

I typically don’t write reviews but for this spot I definitely had to shine some light on them, my first time ever going to a spa and I must say it was very relaxing and peaceful.Soon as you walk in you smell these amazing scented candles and then greeted by the owner Stephanie who is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does made me aware on how color plays a part to the healing and relaxation process, how body sculpting could help tone those unwanted fat areas, and the difference type of massages they offer, I got the sport massage which was recommended by the masseuse Amber since it was specific areas I wanted to target all in all this place is really cozy spot more people should check out.

I had never done any type of body sculpting before, but decided to give it a try. Stephanie was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After only 3 sessions I was blown away by the results! Had my stomach and thighs noticeably inches smaller! I’ve been back a few times for other treatments and would highly recommend if you’re on the fence giving it a try.
